receipes!
Some of the receipes you have requested are available here to download as word docs. I give my version and some advice, variations and notes.
Remember, these receipes worked at 6000 feet! in a gas oven, in dry New Mexico, at least once. At a lower altitude you will need to play a little and possibly change:
- temperature, reduce 1 degree for each 1,000 feet.
- liquids, reduce but discover amounts by trial and error
- raising agents: increase by a 1/4 teaspoon at least!
Sorry it has taken so long to get them up. It's not because I don't want to share but because I rarely use receipes, usually "guesstimating" everything!
